We believe that access to home health information is a right, not a privilege. Our goal is to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA so that patients and families can learn about skilled nursing, therapy and medical social work services, request care, and contact us independently.

• Structure pages with clear headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate easily.
• Provide descriptive alt text for all meaningful images, including photos of our care team and services.
• Keep color contrast above WCAG thresholds and never rely on color alone to convey meaning.
• Make every interactive element — buttons, forms and menus — operable by keyboard alone.
• Offer a bilingual (English/Spanish) experience, because many of the families we serve in Webb and Zapata Counties prefer Spanish.
• Provide a “skip to main content” link and a welcome audio message for visitors who prefer to listen.

Our referral and callback request forms are designed to be completed without a mouse, and every field has a readable label and clear error guidance. Some downloadable forms are published as PDFs; if you need a form in an alternate format — large print, plain text, or read aloud — call us and we will provide it at no cost.

Our site links to trusted outside resources such as Medicare, the Joint Commission, and Texas aging-and-disability organizations. While we choose accessible sources whenever possible, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party websites. We are happy to help you find the same information by phone.
